Any red flag → listing rejected.

3. Ownership / Access Proof

Depending on the case, we verify through:

  • Proof of ownership
  • Agent license or permit
  • Video walkthrough to confirm physical access
  • Official documents (if applicable)

If the person cannot prove they have access to the property → listing rejected.

4. Final Approval + Verified Badge

If everything checks out:

  • Listing receives a green verified badge
  • It becomes visible on NyumbaSure
  • Tenants can safely contact the owner directly
