Where is Balozi Road?
Balozi Road connects the broader Kitengela road network with the New Valley residential area.
The Kitengela Integrated Strategic Urban Development Plan identifies Balozi Road as an access road serving residential, educational, commercial and public facilities. The planning document records the road as connecting the A104 corridor with Balozi Estate.
The New Valley–Balozi relationship also has a long documented history. Kajiado County Assembly records describe New Valley Estate as extending along Balozi Road and refer to hundreds of homes within the area.

Remnant Vision School is also independently listed as being along Balozi Road, opposite the New Valley AP Post.

Security and Community Facilities
Our field visit also identified the New Valley Police Post along the corridor.
For someone evaluating a neighborhood, facilities such as police posts are useful pieces of location information that conventional property advertisements frequently leave out.
A Seventh-day Adventist place of worship was also observed in the area.

What is it like living along Balozi Road?
Based on what we documented, Balozi Road primarily serves a residential environment containing numerous smaller courts, estates and educational institutions.
Its biggest advantage from an information perspective is the concentration of everyday facilities within the same general corridor.
However, choosing a home should involve more than counting nearby amenities.
Before renting or buying along Balozi Road, consider investigating:
Road access: How far is the individual property from Balozi Road, and what is the condition of the final access road?
Water: Does the development rely on a borehole, piped supply, storage tanks or delivered water?
Security: Is the court gated? Is security provided throughout the day and night?
School access: A school being on the same corridor doesn’t necessarily mean it is within comfortable walking distance.
Transport: Consider your daily connection to central Kitengela, Namanga Road and your workplace.
Drainage: Visit the specific property during or shortly after heavy rainfall where possible.
Internet: People working from home should verify which fibre or fixed-wireless providers actually serve the individual court.

Is Balozi Road good for families?
Its concentration of residential developments and schools makes Balozi Road worth considering for families searching around New Valley.
Our field survey alone identified more than ten schools and approximately twenty residential developments along the corridor.
But there isn’t one answer that applies to every household. A family’s experience at Bonito Villas, for example, could differ considerably from someone living farther down Balozi Road.
That is why NyumbaSure is building information at the estate and court level, rather than treating all of New Valley as if every location offers the same experience.
